Shipping Policy

Estimated Processing Time Our estimated processing/packing time is 1–12 business days. The most up-to-date processing times are located on the top banner of the Todo Tumi website. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Some packages may not be scanned right away by USPS as "Received."

Estimated Shipping Time

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 2–6 weeks
  • Mail Club Subscriptions:
    • U.S.: 5–14 business days (untracked); 4–10 business days (tracked)
    • International: 2–5 weeks (untracked); 2–4 weeks (tracked)

Shipping Information Todo Tumi is located in North Andover, MA. All orders are fulfilled through USPS and UPS. Processing and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Todo Tumi may combine multiple open orders from the same customer at the same shipping address, which is why tracking numbers may be shared across individual orders. Please contact us if you have concerns about delayed or lost mail.

Incorrect Address & Undelivered Mail Items marked "delivered" by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. If your order was marked as delivered, please contact your local post office and file an inquiry claim. Please also check with household members and neighbors before reaching out to us. Todo Tumi cannot retrieve additional tracking information beyond what is visible to the customer on USPS's website.

Shipping Address The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us at todotumi.shop@gmail.com or via our chat box immediately — we can only update addresses before an order ships. If an order is undeliverable due to an inaccurate address, a refund is not guaranteed. Returned packages can be reshipped at the customer's expense. All orders are securely packaged; Todo Tumi is not responsible for damage during delivery. USPS Ground Advantage mail includes damage insurance — if your order was damaged in transit, keep the package and contents and take photos to file a claim with USPS (domestic Ground Advantage and Priority mail only).

Customs & Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, and import taxes that may apply. Todo Tumi is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to customs. If UPS is selected for international delivery, note that UPS may charge additional brokerage fees beyond customs taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Todo Tumi is not responsible for reshipment costs if a customer rejects customs fees or fails to pick up their order on time.

Cancellations & Returns Todo Tumi does not accept returns. Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase; however, if your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations may be denied for pre-orders, subscriptions, digital products, and limited edition items.

Fraudulent Orders If an order is flagged as high risk for fraud, Shopify will notify Todo Tumi to cancel the order to protect both the customer and seller. You may be asked to re-purchase your order to verify purchase intent.
