Return & Refund Policy

No Returns Todo Tumi does not accept returns. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations Cancellation of an order may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations may be denied for pre-orders, subscriptions, digital products, and limited edition items.

Refunds Refunds are not guaranteed for orders that are undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. Returned packages can be reshipped to the customer at the customer's expense.

Items marked "delivered" by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Damaged Orders Todo Tumi is not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery. USPS Ground Advantage mail includes damage insurance. If your order was damaged in transit, please keep the damaged package and all contents and take photos to file an insurance claim with USPS (domestic Ground Advantage and Priority mail only).

Digital Products All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
